Please notify us within 10 days of receipt of your order.

Discrepancies should be reported within 48 hours of receipt of your order

Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization Number (RA#)

Used or Washed items are not returnable unless proven to be defective.

RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA #): Please contact us via e-mail info@wendystuff.com or call 1-888-312-0040 to request Return Authorization#. Indicate the reason for your return and put "RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER REQUEST" in the subject. Returns will not be accepted without a RA #. Once you receive your RA # include your name, address, phone number, copy of receipt or invoice so we can process the return quickly. Write the RA # on the carton and the copy of the invoice or packing slip in the carton.

RETURNS: We will refund your order upon receipt of your returned product. Please note shipping charges will be credited if it is a result of our error.
